Every job we build starts with the the free plan drawing we do for you. We take a picture of your backyard and combine that with an AI drawing of your new project so you can see it before we even begin construction. No surprises with us. A picture is worth 1000 words, as they say.
We build everything from classic to conventional to modern styles. We can build pretty much anything you can dream up and make it real. You're our boss. The design is yours; the engineering is ours.
Licensed Contractor and Engineer
Where needed we will use our Licensed engineer, electrician, plumber or anything required — protecting your lot, your personal belongings, and your investment. We work with your homeowners association to satisfy their requirements.
Every property is different. We assess the grade, soil, and wave exposure before recommending the right solution for your situation.
In-Ground and Above Ground Ponds
Let's make a beautiful Koi or other fish pond. Above ground ponds with windows our great new trend. The latest technology allows us to have totally automatic ponds that clean themselves and only need to be maintained very rarely with the flip of a switch. I believe this is the main reason people that want a pond don't get one.
Imagine a pond right smack in the middle of a big deck — I've done one of those too. Look at designs of modern ponds with our fire bowls that I mentioned. The equipment we designed for them even what is your lawn with nutrient rich pond water saving you money on utility bills.
Fire Features
From simple stand alone fire pits to massive dramatic glass surrounded fire glass. I am still a dealer for the major supplier of unique hardware for these products. Believe me, that'll save you money.
It might be hard to believe but it's true — even with all the things we do we have wonderful molds to make fire bowls of all shapes and sizes. You've seeing those usually around swimming pools. All art designs can feature remote controls add Bluetooth phone control.
Wood or Composite Decks
Like I said I started out my career doing wood decks and of course I would be doing those also. These days those aren't much less popular but sometimes they're just the only answer for a wonderful design.
These look great mixed in the design with the other things we do. It's probably no surprise if you read the rest of our website that that's my favorite one.
Outdoor Floors
We install stone, tile, paver, flagstone, cobblestone, pavestone, brick, and more floors — plus all the details that make them look awseome.
We also do concrete slabs for all of the things we do or just stand alone. We make those with stamped in textures that look like stone and other things, and stain them the colors you like, and then put a nice glaze sealer on it.
Patio Covers, Pavilions, and Pergolas
How about a classic pavilion or a mother-in-law suite. Man caves and hobby rooms are popular for anything else we can dream up together.
We've also done a couple of amazing greenhouses. Cover your patio with a solid rainproof design or an open framed design for sunlight. I have experience in making sunrooms - had a franchise for selling those a few years ago.
